Giving Credit

Wallpapers uploaded do not have to give any sources if they are from an official website, but credit must be given if there is anything from an image-hosting website (like DeviantArt), or if the maker wants credit to be given. If credit needs to be given, type in the illustrator/creator's name. (Example: By SuperStarly212)

Additional Info

If you are not sure about the creator's name (possibly due to reuploads), try your best to look for the person that made it. It might be wrong, but you know what they say, it is still good to try.

What are wallpapers?

Wallpapers are pictures that can be seen on the desktop. They are also known as desktops or desktop background and can be changed to a person's desire. Wallpapers come in different sizes, the majority of them being for the most common desktop sizes.

Some sizes include 1024x768, 1600x1200, and 1280x1024 or 1280x768. There is also 800x600, which can be seen on occassions. If you want to set a new wallpaper for your new system, find out by right-clicking and going to Properties (Personalise in later Windows versions) and clicking on the Resolution tab.

If you can't find any wallpapers that will fit on your computer screen, don't worry! Just get one that you like and set it as the background. It will stretch on its own.
